...more like make n' do with mary fitzgerald! Found these very large leaves during the summer and have been meaning to do something with them so just playing around with some ideas .. feel free to inspire me with some ideas - I've got more leaves!! & it's a work in progress.
They are lovely! For some reason they're reminding me of those beautiful ceramic spoons you bought from the Ladyfest exhibition, very organic looking I suppose, so something ceramic maybe?!

ReplyDeleteyeah Maria - they'd be perfect for ceramic would love to do that, anyone know a potter with an oven :)?
ReplyDeleteI'm just gonna play around with a few different techniques with them and then put them together as a collective maybe hang them or place them on a canvas, not too sure yet.
Where did you find them? Never seen leaves that big. What tree are they off?
ReplyDeletenot sure what tree they belong to I found them on the ground in fota gardens during the summer they've lots of exotic plants & trees. Will have to go back and check...
