Not really an effect as such or at least not in a photoshop artistic filter sorta way!:) You pretty much work the same way you would traditionally really.Have a go off the demo.Think I may have an old wacom knocking about somewhere too if you want a lash off it btw...

As in corel Painter? I've never used that, do you use it a lot? Does it do some things better than photoshop?

So would you colour it in photoshop and then bring it into painter to apply the effects?
